The Council normally meets on a monthly cycle, on the last Thursday of each month, at 7p.m. and are held at the Youth Room at the Mandeville Hall, Thrapston Rd, Kimbolton PE28 0HW though it is wise to check the date displayed on the Parish noticeboards or the date on the Agenda on this website.

The Agenda is displayed three clear days before the meeting. It can be necessary to hold special meetings of the Council and, again, these are advertised as above, but if you wish to make representations on a specific planning application and are unsure when this will be discussed, please ‘phone or e mail the Clerk.

Members of the public are welcomed at the meetings and a Public Forum is held at the beginning of each meeting, when those present are invited to speak on matters important to them. The Public Forum is limited to 5 minutes.
